Shipping policy
All orders are processed in 5-7 business days. The world is opened but there is still a significant delay due to COVID-19. May be a delay on large orders. Candles, blessing oils and spiritual baths are handmade in blessed batches of small numbers and that in it self takes time.
Domestic Delivery Information
A signature is not required for your delivery. iF you are not home at the time of delivery your package will be left at the safest location place chosen by the mail carrier.
If you do not want your package left, you can contact USPS or UPS once you receive your tracking and provide your shipping details to request a pick up or schedule a time for delivery.
Processing time is NOT delivery time. Excludes holidays/weekends.
Shipping
We process packages Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays) and ship on Monday-Wednesday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Sunday or holidays.
Following the processing of your order, you will receive an email notification of these details, followed by your tracking details for shipments.
Processing time may be delayed if your shipping address is incorrect and or order is flagged as a risk (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information). We may require proof of identification for the billing information received.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO or U.S Territories
We do ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. These orders ship via USPS only on Mondays. Any orders requiring express shipping methods will require a physical delivery/shipping address. You will be contacted for this information, if you do not supply it and this may cause further delays.
